NPA Patient Advocates work with clients to collect necessary documentation and assure accuracy for presentation to the pharmaceutical manufacturer.
Failure to initially submit complete and accurate information may delay the receipt of the medication and may result in patients becoming ineligible for free medications for up to one year
After approval NPA works to ensure an uninterrupted supply of medications
- NPA calls the patient and works directly with the doctors and pharmaceutical companies
- NPA Automatically Reorders for the patient in a timely fashion
- Verifies that any changes in medications have been documented and ordered accordingly
We match you with the program that best fits your needs and prepare the forms and documents needed to obtain your medications.
Once approved, you will receive a three month supply of medication for each application submitted. We then monitor your mediations and call you for refill.
Your entire program is monitored throughout the year and we remind you of any necessary steps to ensure continuation of your Medication.
Each manufacturer requires a separate and unique application accompanied
by supporting documentation. Our fee covers administrative support for twelve
months as well as any appeals. There are no additional or hidden fees.
One phone call to NPA handles all patient assistance questions related to
over 150 manufacturers and approximately 4,100 medications.
We will review your medications to determine those eligible for the
advocacy program.
Medications that are ineligible for the advocacy programs will be
reviewed for other cost saving alternatives.
If dosage or types of medications change during the year, NPA
coordinates any refilling or other communication necessary to remain
eligible.
