The charge is for the service we provide, (much like a tax preparer).

Through our extensive knowledge of the manufactures programs available, we help program qualified patients receive free medications.We file all the needed documents for you.
Our years of experience ensures that if you meet the guidelines you will qualify and receive your medication.


Our application fee is $21.00 which in most cases will provided you with a 3 month supply of medication. 


Our Annual Membership Fee Is $25.00

this fee is used to maintain your file and ensure that all information stays current.
